What time is check-in / check-out? Check-in is at 4 pm; check-out is 11 am

Do you have any outdoor dining areas? Yes, we have a well-appointed porch at our Carriage House and a lovely fire pit for evening drinks and snacks.

Is there a parking fee? No, complimentary parking is available in our designated parking area adjacent to the Carriage House.

How far is Auburn University and the downtown Auburn? The campus and downtown area are a very short 15 minute drive by car. We do not offer transportation services into the city; however Uber does provide service.

Are you all pet-friendly? We love our furry family members! We welcome well-behaved pets. We allow two pets with a maximum weight of 70 pounds each who must stay on leash in all public areas. Read more on our pet friendly page.

Are the cottages smoke-free? Yes, all of our guest spaces are smoke-free.

Policies and Safety

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card – a credit card must be provided during check-in regardless of method of payment.

Credit card guarantees will be processed at the time of booking.

Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the first night's rate (or 50% of the reservation). Reservations canceled less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.

The property is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in any guest cottage. Smoking in any cottage will result in a cleaning fee of $250 per room charged to the registered cottage guest.

The following government taxes and fees apply to all reservations:
